Beginning at Turweston Aerodrome - a former Royal Air Force training facility - this helicopter experience will see you take in the grandest sights Northamptonshire has to offer. Passing over phenomenal landscapes, you'll discover the sights of some of the grandest houses in the country. First, you'll discover Stowe School, a National Trust park that has been host to British and foreign aristocrats and royalty. Next you'll get a birds eye view of the current home of the British Grand Prix, the incredible Silverstone race circuit. Formerly a World War II bomber station, if you look close enough you will be able to see the three runways used from when the site first opened in 1943. Spectators are welcome to watch from the airfield.
Individual passenger seat prices are calculated on the basis that all seats are occupied. The helicopter operator will do its best to fill all the seats, including offering Experience Days customers the option to add another fare paying companion(s) but if all the seats cannot be filled then the flight may need to be postponed. Any such situation will be communicated to you by the helicopter operator in advance of flight date.
