I was a bit wary about going to Bristol as parking can difficult, but there was a car park nearby which was helpfully high lighted on the website. The massage itself was a complete joy. Afterwards I felt thoroughly relaxed and pampered.

Had a wonderful day of relaxation in beautiful surroundings .The Spa was spotlessly clean, all staff very friendly & accommodating. Nice little touches like sorbet after your treatments. Nice lunch in the hotel brasserie. The treatments were very good, especially the massage & facial. Nice little pool for relaxing in with jacuzzi beds etc. The only criticism is the changing rooms are too small with only really enough room for 2/3 people to change at one time. I had to use the toilet to change as nowhere to put anything down in the changing room. Unfortunately, you are not able to have lunch in your dressing gown as the only place to eat is in the hotel Brasserie, so be aware that you might need to take a change of casual clothing for this purpose. .

Accompanied my daughter on a Spa day & had a very relaxing time in luxurious surroundings.Nice little touches like sorbet served after the treatments.The treatments were very good,especially the facial & massage.The whole area was spotlessly clean. The pool was small but fine for floating around not a pool for doing lengths! The only criticism was the changing room was far too small with no room to put anything down apart from the floor which was wet .We were forced to change in the toilets which was not ideal. The lunch was nice & the service very attentive & quick. The car park is quite difficult to find as it is at the back of the hotel but to gain access to the road you need to turn off the Main Street by the church ,take the first right & drive until you reach a red brick building which is the Spa.

Absolutely loved this spa experience. It was pure luxury! Wonderful facilities, very accommodating & friendly staff, fantastic treatments. Small but clean & contemporary changing facilities. Could do with an extra changing area. Lunch was nice but be aware itâs not possible to wear dressing gowns into restaurant so allow time to change. A designated dining area for spa days would make this experience perfect!
