Berkshire Alpaca Walking and Picnic for Two

Animal Experience Days: Interact with adorable alpacas during this 2 hour alpaca walk experience! You and a guest will take two alpacas on a quick walk, before sitting down in the picnic area to pet, feed and learn about your alpacas. Bring a picnic to enjoy alongside views of these friendly creatures frolicking in the grass! This is a uniquely hands-on alpaca experience, allowing you to really bond with your adorable new friends. 

Your experience begins when you meet your guide at their alpaca farm in Mortimer, Berkshire. They will give you a safety briefing and introduce you to the alpacas before you begin your short walk. You and your guest will buddy up with one alpaca each, and take a quick stroll through the great outdoors with the rest of the group while the guide leads the way. Take in the fresh air as you bond with your new furry friend, taking a few laps of the field. Next, you’ll get to play with the alpacas and feed them while your guide teaches you all about their behaviours and habits. Finally, settle down with your picnic at the outdoor picnic tables while the alpacas roam free in the field, occasionally wandering up to say hello. The staff at the farm will make sure to encourage engagement between the alpacas and their new human buddies, so expect plenty of photo opportunities.
