Enjoy a day of trout and grayling Fishing in rural Scotland

Fishing Experience Days: This Trout and Grayling Fishing Package in Scotland is the perfect experience gift for any keen angler, but is also just a fantastic activity that you can enjoy as you relax in the beautiful Scottish countryside...

This superb fishing experience is a unique chance to head up to rural Scotland to enjoy a professional guided fishing trip! Working with expert anglers, you have a brilliant chance of reeling in either some trout or grayling, depending on your location, and will have a wonderful and unforgettable time as you do so. You can use either fly-fishing and more modern lure-fishing methods, and can either fish in a scenic river or a loch. In rivers you can find an abundance of wild brown trout, which average around ½ lb – ¾ lb, although 4lb plus specimens are not that uncommon! You'll also have a good chance of reeling in a grayling, as this part of Scotland is home to some of the best grayling fishing rivers in Europe; 3lb plus specimens are regularly caught here! If you'd prefer to fish in a loch rather than a river you'll have an excellent chance of hooking some rainbow trout, and you can fish from the boat, bank or even float tube/belly boat. Throughout your fishing trip you'll be able to admire the spectacular beauty of the wild landscape, and may spot some fascinating wildlife too. Unlike other fishing trips, this experience will provide all fishing equipment, tackle and gear, permits, professional photography, qualified casting tuition and professional fishing guidance - so all you have to do is sit back, relax and see what you reel in!

Whether you want to enjoy this exceptional Scottish fishing experience yourself or would rather treat a lucky friend, this truly is the ultimate fishing experience. Learn from the best and see how far you come...

A real fun day out. Caught more fishes than ever expected possible, it was so easy and amazing. The bigger catches had us screaming and laughing with delight that was surely heard around the lake. After a few attempts, was also able to safely release the smaller fishes back into the lake. A big "thank you" to our coach Graham for a lovely day out.

Excellent morning spent with Steve who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Caught lots of fish and had a line in the water very quickly into the two hour session. Only thing we were slightly disappointed with was that we weren't shown a line and reel which it did say would happen on the voucher. Very enjoyable morning though.

I bought this river fly fishing day experience as birthday gifts for my two teenage sons and bought myself one to accompany them. Although the river had become too low and full of weeds therefore unfishable, Andy proposed an alternative venue in a nearby fishery which was very good. Great mix of theory, practice and fun and we caught some nice big fish. Expensive but the three of us came back happy and having had a very special day. Thank you Andy and Mark.

Having not fished for a few years my wife treated me to a half day session. Steve was brilliant he was welcoming, professional and couldn't do enough to ensure the day was informative and practical. To top the day off I managed to land two fish in the session and came away happy and back with the fishing bug. I enjoyed it so much I intend to book another lesson and learn more.

I bought this experience for my son for his birthday! We had a great time and Steve our instructor took us to a lake where there was lots of carp fish. He showed my son and I how to cast, use the net and throw the fish back and then left us to enjoy the day. The set up of chairs, rods and even a towel was very useful and made the experience even better. You just need to turn up and you have a great day!

Great day catching lots of Carp fish! Steve was a brilliant instructor and the set up was amazing. Upon arrival there was comfy camping chairs, bottles of water and of course the rods on a fancy stand which beeped when a fish was on the line! This meant we could relax in the sun and eat our picnic until the fish starting biting. This was a present for my husband and ended up feeling like it was my birthday! Brilliant afternoon.
