Driving Experience Days: This driving experience lets you drive a vintage
sports car for 3 glorious laps, getting a real feel for how motor
racing used to be, back in the day! The Caterham 7 came to be after
the Lotus ended production of the Lotus Seven in 1972, and Caterham
picked up where they left off.
This experience is a wonderful blast from the past, particularly
for those who's heads are not turned quite so much by the flashy,
ostentatious Supercars of today. The Caterham 7 is of a different
class, the sort of sports car that will inspire you to pop on some
driving gloves and a dashing scarf before you head off for the
driving day! Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre,
your Caterham 7 experience will begin with a welcome brief -
covering registration, track regulations and the basic techniques
behind driving the incredible Caterham. You'll then be let loose
behind the wheel for 3 hair raising laps, pushing hard into corners
and opening up on the straights; allowing you to get some
authentic, hands-on experience in one of the UK's kit-car track
racing darlings! With an expert instructor sat alongside you in the
passenger seat, you'll have a whole session to enjoy the Caterham
before a score-card debrief follows receiving a certificate.
When can you book Drive A Vintage Sports Car Experience
Please note that this is a full calendar of dates, including weekends. If your voucher is valid for weekdays only, please ensure you check the date you're booking for. A weekend upgrade is available for £25, payable directly to the provider upon booking.
PREMIUM TRACKS & UPGRADES:
Brands Hatch requires an additional £50 upgrade fee which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation. This is also an adults only track.
Castle Combe requires an additional £50 upgrade fee which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation. (Full licence only)
Snetterton Circuit requires an additional £50 upgrade fee which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation. (Full licence only)
Mallory Park requires an additional £50 upgrade fee which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation.
Blyton Park requires an additional £25 upgrade fee for a weekend booking, or a £10 surcharge for a weekday booking, which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation.
3 extra miles can be added to your experience for an additional fee.

Min age 17 yrs with full driving licence, which may need to be shown on the day. Min height 5ft, Max is 6'6". Max weight 18 stone. Please ask if you have any concerns at all about size or weight.
