· Dunsfold Park, Surrey, just 40 miles south of London and close to Guildford
For fans of Top Gear – or people with a passion for supercars – why not
experience the thrill of driving not three, not four, but five supercars on the world famous Dunsfold Park track? Make like James Bond in Casino Royale as you get to grips with a
fleet of cars including the Aston Martin, Audi R8, Jaguar F-Type, BMW i8, Ferrari,
Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley Continental, Ariel Atom, Nissan GTR… the only
downside of this experience is having to select the five cars to drive. After a
safety briefing and a few familiarisation laps, it’s time to slip inside these
slick supercars and get to grips with their awesome power and handling. You’ll
enjoy six miles in each car, so this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience –
but just to see you out, a professional driving instructor will treat you to a
high-speed lap that will have your heart racing like nothing before.

If Mercedes Benz is your vehicle of choice,
head to Brooklands Hotel to enjoy the AMG Track vs Off Road driving experience. First, take a seat in an impossibly sleek
Mercedes-AMG 63. You’ll receive expert advice from an instructor before pushing
the torque, traction and acceleration to their limits as you race down the
track. Then, get a feel for the sturdy handling and fierce force of the iconic
G-Class as you go off road, powering over tricky terrain, gushing streams and
plenty of obstacles. This is two hours of seriously adrenaline-pumping driving
– so why not treat yourself to a special wind-down after? Brooklands Hotel also
offer a range of indulgent spa experiences, lunches and afternoon teas, so if you want to make a real day of it, book one in for after to
top it all off.

Brands Hatch, just off the M20 and 26 miles southeast of London
If you’d prefer to take your own vehicle out
for a spin, why not consider booking a track day at Brands Hatch? The UK’s best loved race circuit is just a short drive from London –
and considering what’s in store for your car, you can consider the journey your
much needed warm-up. If you’re a track day novice, no fear – professional
instructors are around at all times, and for a small fee you can even book some
one-to-one tuition. If you’re more of a racing pro, you probably know the drill
already; after a few sighting laps to get you familiar with your surroundings,
