“In the summer time, when the weather is hot…” you should absolutely make the most of it! Here at Extreme Element, we love nothing more than getting outside and making the most of our great British countryside…so with the warm weather moving in, let’s get those pulses racing again, and blast away the blues!

Here’s a few ideas to get the ball rolling…in some cases, quite literally!
aqua sphere2First on the list is Harness Zorbing. Originating from Australia, this is definitely a must do on most people’s wish lists. The experience is fairly extreme, as you are strapped into a 12 foot inflatable ball facing your partner. The Sphere is like nothing you’ve ever seen (unless you’ve done it before), consisting of 2 chambers – the outer and the inner chamber. aqua sphereThe layer between the shells is solely a cushion of air which measures up to 3ft (0.9m), giving you that incredible bounce as you begin to roll down the hill. As you flip upside down continuously at a speed of up to 30 mph you may start to feel a bit dizzy but the adrenaline will definitely start pumping. And if you want to take things to the next level, why not add 30 litres of water to the mix? If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be in a washing machine…Aqua Zorbing is pretty much as close as you’ll get – and if not, you’ll love it anyway!

kitesurfing1If you want to stick with the speed, but haven’t quite got the stomach for rolling down a hill, then why not go fly a kite?…and I don’t just mean a kite with a string – why not try your hand at something a little more extreme such as Kite Buggying, Power Kiting or even Kite Surfing? There are just so many options! kitebuggying2Learning to fly a powerkite is a totally thrilling and unique experience; the feeling of harnessing the wind in such a powerful kite will give you an exhilarating rush like never before – be it on dry land, or in the sea! Our taster sessions are the perfect way to get the buzz for these adrenaline-fuelled sail-sports…and an awesome way to enjoy the outdoors!

coasteering1Or maybe you don’t want to be harnessed down? The why not give Coasteering a go?…a mixture of swimming, traversing and cliff jumping, this activity takes adventure sports to a whole new level! In small groups, an instructor will lead you on a route requiring you to overcome huge natural obstacles including sheer cliff faces, coasteering2deep inlets and swims across open water in both the sea and inland rivers. This is a great way to spend time with your friends, pushing yourself, and daring each other to take on some of the most exciting and challenging of terrains…you’ll have a huge grin on your face, even as you are being battered by the wind and the waves – think you can handle it?

This is but a taste of the exciting things we have to offer…the fun doesn’t have to stop there – check out what we have to offer at https://www.experiencedays.co.uk/ and make this summer one worth remembering!
