Cooking Experience Days: Learn to make pasta from scratch with this Fresh Pasta Cooking Class in London. You’ll create authentic tagliatelle and ravioli accompanied by fresh sauces. To finish your session, you’ll enjoy the meal you’ve cooked along with a glass of Italian wine.
Your experience begins upon arrival at the venue: an authentic Italian restaurant run by an Italian family, who are dedicated to helping others improve their skills in the kitchen. During your two hour class, you’ll be creating both ravioli and tagliatelle, debatably two of the most classic forms of pasta! To accompany your pasta, you will also be making two of your own sauces. Your class will be hosted by a true Italian food expert, and they will be sure to lead you to success with your dish. At the end of your class, and after all of your hard work, you will get to sit down and enjoy the wonderful dishes you have made in true Italian style - with a glass of either prosecco, apple or orange juice, which is available to you throughout the class.
