Outdoor Experience Days: Escape off-grid to the Devonshire countryside and enjoy the raw elements of this Half Day Group Wild Swim Adventure. Be refreshed by wild swimming in the River Avon and exclusive access to a fire and water sauna.
This wild swimming adventure in Devon is four hours of fun for the whole family. Detox, purify and calm the body. Follow a cold water specialist and host encouraging guests to complete a series of 5 (12 minute) saunas with 5 (3 minute) intermittent cold water river dips. Originating in Finland, the well-being effects of this method have been documented for many years. Guests are free to use the wild swim facilities as they like but are encouraged to participate in the 90 minute programme. Guests are then free to chill out at the camp site, take advantage of an Argentinian BBQ as well as rope swing and trampoline, and relax their muscles in a 10 person wood-fired arctic hot tub!
