This adrenaline-pumping adventure kicks off with a 30-minute introductory briefing where you'll learn all about racing lines, throttle and braking techniques, and essential track day safety etiquette. Located in the heart of Hertfordshire, this experience is perfect for thrill-seekers and car enthusiasts alike.
Once you're prepped and ready to hit the track, buckle up for 4 sighting laps, including an exhilarating high-speed passenger ride in a sports saloon car. Then, it's time to take the wheel of the legendary Radical SR5, a real bucket list race car designed for one thing only – racing. With its ultra-lightweight construction, Honda K20 engine, and precision handling, this machine will have you feeling like a professional racer as you tear around the track.
After two warm-up laps to get acquainted with the car, you'll unleash the full power of the Radical SR5 with 8 adrenaline-fueled driving laps, accompanied by an experienced instructor co-driver to guide you every step of the way. Whether you're a seasoned speed demon or a novice looking for an unforgettable thrill, the Hertfordshire Radical SR5 Thrill Driving Experience is the ultimate gift for anyone with a need for speed!
When can you book Hertfordshire Radical SR5 Thrill
This Radical SR5 Thrill Experience is available throughout the year. All bookings are subject to availability.
Any participant entering a vehicle will be requested to complete a Disclaimer form upon arrival in order to participate in their experience.
An Optional Damage Liability Reduction will be available to purchase at an additional charge on the day of your experience.
Please note: Saturday date requests will incur an additional £45.00 surcharge which can be paid on booking.
Driving Requirements
To drive in this experience the participant must be aged 17 or over with a valid driving licence.
Driving Minimum Age: 17
Maximum Height: 6'1"
Maximum Weight: 16 Stone
To participate in the DRIVING experience, participants must have a valid driving license. The centre is happy to accept international driving licences as long as they fit the requirements.
A manual licence is required. Automatic licences are not accepted on this experience.
Drivers must be fit and healthy - this is a thrilling experience which will raise your heart-beat. If you have any health concerns relating to this experience, please check with a medical professional, prior to booking a date at the track.

Time Spent at Venue: 1:45
This experience will last approximately 90 minutes, please expect to be at the centre for a little longer. During your time at the centre, you will have a 30 minute briefing and introduction, before then experiencing 3 sighting laps and a high speed passenger ride. Next up, it's your turn to get behind the wheel for 8 more thrilling laps in the Radical SR5.

There is a hospitality suite at the centre, and spectators are more than welcome to come along, free of charge, and watch you drive the Radical SR5.
Activity Location
What to Wear For This Activity
Participants will need to be able to wear a helmet that's supplied by the provider, or you're welcome to bring your own.
For hygiene purposes, a balaclava must be worn under your helmet. You can purchase one at the track, if you don't have your own.
If you wear glasses, these must be worn throughout the experience.
Is This Activity Weather Dependent?
This experience will go ahead in most weather conditions and will only be effected by severe weather.
If this happens, your driving experience will be rescheduled to a suitable day. If you are unsure about the weather on the day of (or before) your experience, please contact the Hertfordshire driving centre directly to discuss.
