Chocolate Making Experience Days: Enjoy a 2 hour mini chocolate making class in London alongside celebrity chef, Eric Lanlard. You will learn how to make Eric's favourite mini chocolate dishes, as well as enjoy a champagne afternoon tea at the end of your session!
Upon arrival to your experience at 9am you will be greeted with tea and coffee. Your experience will begin at 9:30am after an introductory welcome talk from Chef Eric. Your first mini chocolate demonstration will be for Eric's signature Valrhona Chocolate and raspberry tort. You will be shown how to properly make these chocolate treats before having a go at creating your own! As the tort is being set in the blast chiller, you will each make a dozen Hazelnut Truffles to enjoy. Once your tort has set, you will decorate your chocolates. You will then enjoy your luxury champagne afternoon tea to finish your afternoon. You will take home your tort and truffles, as well as your very own cake-Boy apron!
This is the perfect gift experience for someone who enjoys baking and deserves a delicious treat!
