The experience takes place in a 1950s-themed beauty salon, milkshake bar, pin-up emporium, photo, dance and craft studio. Crossing the threshold is like stepping onto a movie set—complete with pink Cadillac sofas, vintage hood dryers, rock ‘n’ roll on the jukebox, and welcoming pin-up staff. The pin up girls of the 1950’s were famed for their impeccable curls, but it’s a lot of time and effort for modern-day gals to go through every day to achieve the same style! Your expert stylists will recreate this timeless look for you, so that you can emulate your fashion icons without having to lift a finger. Next, a makeup artist will apply professional products to help create a flawless makeup look. Get changed into your own vintage outfit, and by the end of your experience you’ll feel ready to jitterbug and jive the night away! This experience includes a wide selection of finger sandwiches, cake slices and mini patisseries, plus fresh scones with jam and cream. When can you book Pin-Up Makeover and Afternoon Tea For Two
The afternoon tea runs Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10am to 6pm, year round and subject to availability.
The venue will be closed between Christmas and New Year.
Booking in advance is essential especially the weekend as they book out quickly.
Food and Drink Requirements
There are no strict minimum age when accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for those not being accompanied by an adult is 16.
Vegan and gluten free can be catered for, however celiac and nut allergies cannot be guaranteed due to the food being prepared off site.
