Following the white wines you'll be served a three course lunch and a wine to match each dish, which the tutor will talk through as you eat. Finally, the remaining couple of hours will be spent tasting the remaining six wines, a variety of reds from around the world. You'll learn the difference between red and white and how the different processes change the flavour and colours!
