    1. 100 Movies - Scratch Off Bucket List Poster

For families of movie-buffs, this is the ideal Christmas gift idea.

Nothing brings the family together like a good movie. With so many classics out there, it’s hard to agree on what to watch. This scratch off bucket list poster has 100 must see movies already picked out for you! From the heart-warming Up to the action-packed Batman, there’s films suitable for all the family.

This is a great way to get the family to spend some quality time together while you make your way through your bucket list!

    2. Treehouse Experience

If your family enjoys the outdoors or has always wondered what it would be like to live up in the trees, this is an experience they will be sure to enjoy. Spend two nights away in a private treehouse surrounded by nature, the ultimate family break.

Make all your childhood dreams come true as you live like Tarzan! This is bound to be a break they will never forget, and is perfect for all those cheeky monkeys who love time in the great outdoors.

    3. Jumanji Board Game

Board games are a Christmas staple for all families. Everyone sat around the table, drink in hand whilst competitive streaks get unleashed… there’s no better activity on Christmas evening. Even better, a board game inspired by the classic action-packed film Jumanji is sure to be loved by all ages.

Bring the family together as you uncover secret messages and travel through the wild world of Jumanji whist trying to avoid danger.

    4. Whipsnade Zoo Family Ticket

You can never go wrong with a family day out at the zoo, and where better to interact with some incredible animals than Whipsnade Zoo?

There is masses to see and do for all ages at Whipsnade – this includes seeing and learning all about the animals, free activities throughout the day, and plenty of little places to visit within the zoo to eat your lunch while you see the animals eat theirs! Wildlife-loving kids and adults alike are bound to enjoy this day out.

After all, what could be better than a day full of cute animals?

    5. Personalised character mug set

Nothing says sentimental like a personalised gift, right? We love this personalised mug set from Etsy which allows you to customise your mugs with cartoon representations of your family! Simply select how many family members you want on the mug, plus hair and skin colour, and this talented cartoonist will render the whole family as adorable drawings.

The perfect keepsake for those cold winter nights filled with hot chocolate.

    6. Falconry Experience

If your family are major wildlife lovers, this one will be sure to get everyone excited! Get up close and personal with these incredible birds of prey and learn how they are trained to hunt. You’ll even get to handle these spectacular birds before going on a family hawk walk through the grounds.

You'll begin your Cheshire family falconry experience by meeting several different species of raptor, kestrels, owls and hawks. Your expert falconer will explain the habits of each species and how they are trained to hunt. You'll have the chance to don the all-important falconry gloves and handle these beautiful creatures yourselves, before your falconer leads you on a one-of-a-kind 'Hawk Walk’!

As you walk through the grounds of the falconry, you'll be accompanied overhead by majestic Harris Hawks. There's no need to be nervous of these gentle creatures, as the falconer will show you exactly how to hold each of the birds with ease and fly them so they come back to your fist.

At the end of your experience, you can join the afternoon flying demonstration to watch the pro's interact with your new feathered friends!

    7. Picnic Hamper

Perhaps food is the only way you can get the family together? This adorable picnic hamper may be the perfect way to get everyone outdoors for a nice family day out that won’t break the bank. Containing everything you may need for the perfect picnic, cooler bags, crockery and of course a sturdy basket. The last thing you want is a squished sandwich!

    8.  ArcelorMittal Orbit Slide

Do you come from a family of adrenaline junkies? Why not treat your loved ones to a 178-metre ride down the ArcelorMittal Orbit Slide? What could be more appealing than the world’s longest tunnel slide in the world? We have no doubt that this will excite all those kids out there – big or small.

The ArcelorMittal Orbit is situated in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, making it conveniently located for travel from all over London. It was designed by Sir Anish Kapoor for the 2012 Olympic Games as a symbol of unity and innovation, towering 114m into the air with incredible views of the skyline from the observation deck at the top - but the fun part will be getting to the bottom!

The Slide twists and turns through the complex steel structure, descending over 178m with riders reaching speeds of 15mph during the 40 second journey. This ticket allows two adults and two children (age 8-13) to have a go each, so you can enjoy the incredible architecture, the unparalleled views, and the hair-rising slide as a family; the perfect bonding activity.
