Dance Classes and Lessons
The trick with learning to dance is to remember that not all dances are created equal - what works for someone else might not be your style at all! So don't be afraid to branch out and try new things, whether that's a high octane hip-hop dance class, some sexy salsa lessons or beautiful ballet training. As soon as you find the dance that's right for you, you'll hardly be able to stop your feet from moving!
If you are looking for something a little sexier, we have a superb range of pole dancing lessons and burlesque dance classes that will help you get in touch with your inner sauce-pot while you tone and strengthen your muscles, and gain incredible body confidence! Learn from highly experienced dancers who know how important it is for you to feel comfortable while you learn these sultry moves.
Dancing is a fantastic way to get fitter and healthier; you'll be having so much fun as you move with the music that you'll forget just how much exercise you're getting at the same time! Why run on a treadmill when you can rumba across a dancefloor instead!? Check out our range of Tango, Ballet and Salsa dancing lessons, and find the perfect experience gift to get your friends and family moving!

FAQ
I'd like to book a dance class with my husband, will we get to dance together or will we dance with instructors?
The instructor will show you the steps first and dance with you so you know what it's supposed to feel like, but you're more than welcome to dance with your partner as the class progresses.
Does pole dancing really hurt?
You will get some bruises for sure! But the rewarding feeling of achievement is the best medicine for sore limbs.
What do you wear to a dance class?
Depending on which type of dance class you've booked, the dress code may be slightly different. Each experience page has a What To Wear section which will outline any specifics whether it's shoes, socks, loose clothes etc.
