The day begins with an immersive curing class at Bray Cured HQ, where you'll learn the art and science of charcuterie from a team of experts. You’ll enjoy a morning of hands-on crafting, creating various charcuterie items to take home, while savouring coffee, canapés, and a delightful charcuterie tasting lunch. Following this, you’ll head to Huntswood Golf Club, just a short walk away, for 18 holes of golf, suitable for all skill levels, in a friendly and scenic environment. Huntswood Golf Club offers a licensed bar with panoramic views of the Buckinghamshire countryside, perfect for unwinding after a fulfilling day. Each charcuterie course—be it our duck, salami and chorizo, or bacon course—includes detailed butchery, curing, and cooking techniques, ensuring you leave with both newfound skills and delicious products to enjoy at home.

The minimum age for this experience is 18.
The golf experience is not a lesson.
Unfortunately, the Maidenhead Charcuterie Class and Golf Experience is not wheelchair accessible.

This is a 7 hour experience which will include your Charcuterie class and 18 holes of golf.

The experience requires a minimum of two to run and can cater up to six people. This is not suitable for non paying participants.

What to Wear For This Activity
There's not a strict dress code for the cooking class. You should wear something comfortable and don't mind getting slightly messy. PPE will be provided on the day.
For the golf, you'll need to dress for the weather, but no jeans, sports shoes or vest tops.
Equipment hire includes clubs (£15), pull trolley (£5) and electric buggies (£25). Buggies are only available to rent for golfers aged 21 and over.

Is This Activity Weather Dependent?
The cooking class will not be affected by the weather as it's an indoor experience. Weather can affect the golf course from being open. If the weather prevents you from playing golf, you can arrange a later date to play.
